I was talking to one of my 1:1 clients yesterday, and this topic came up.
We don't realize how deeply alcohol impacts our quality of life until we remove it. It's as if we were living in black and white before we stopped, and now everything is in color. We can finally see clearly, and our eyes get opened to so much of the world around us.
We are able to find beauty in listening to music while driving down the coast or having a dance party with our kids and experiencing laughter and joy.
Because the thing is, alcohol not only numbs out the "bad", but also the good.
There's beauty in the mundane and every day, but alcohol is preventing you from seeing that.
How amazing would it feel to start living without the haze of alcohol?
I already know, and it's pretty f*cking amazing!
Keep reading if you too want to experience the beauty of everyday life without alcohol as my clients have. ππ»
I am now accepting applications for the end of the year into 2022. If you've ever considered 1:1 Coaching, then NOW is the time to do it. You may be asking yourself, why is NOW the time? A few reasons...
ππ» The longer you wait, the more alcohol tightens its grip on you, so it becomes harder to let it go.
ππ» The longer you wait, the more regret you have for not stopping sooner, and trust me, we all wish we would've stopped sooner.
ππ» The longer you wait, the more memories are missed.
ππ» The longer you wait, the longer it takes for your brain chemistry to come back into alignment.
ππ» My prices will be increasing on January 1, 2022.
